Dogmin is an indoor dog café on the sixth floor of Shine Building, opposite Gwangalli Beach in Busan. It has resident dogs, so you can visit without a pet. Owners can also bring their own dogs weighing up to 15 kg.
Windows overlook the sea and Gwangan Bridge. You can spend time indoors with dogs over a drink, making the café a sea-view break to include in a visit to Gwangalli.

The 15 kg limit concerns dogs brought by customers. You do not need to bring a dog to meet the resident dogs. Ask about visiting-dog charges and admission requirements separately from the price for people.
You can visit without owning a dog
Resident dogs make this a place to spend time with dogs even if you do not own one or are travelling without your pet. Bringing a dog is optional, rather than a requirement for entry.
Visitors pay admission and can stay without a time limit. Ask about prices for your party and whether a drink is included to plan your café visit.
Take a sea-view break and use the photo booth
The sixth-floor café looks towards Gwangan Bridge. A photo booth and props are available for pictures with dogs, with lint rollers to use before leaving.
Grooming, dog day care and boarding are also listed at this location. Café admission is separate from booking care for a dog. If you need those services, ask for their own booking requirements rather than treating a café visit as a care reservation.
