BBQ with your dog at Mongjak in Yeongdo

Mongjak is a camping-style BBQ restaurant on Namhangseo-ro in Yeongdo, Busan. Its ground-floor Glass Zone accepts dogs weighing up to 15 kg, with a leash required.

The restaurant combines a sea-facing setting with pork and beef BBQ. Meat is pre-grilled over charcoal, and equipment is provided on site. Choose a room and a timed session through Naver before travelling; this is a restaurant booking rather than a campsite pitch.

The Glass Zone has ten separate glass-walled rooms, with the booking product intended for two to six people. The shop and toilets are on the same floor, and each room has air conditioning and a refrigerator. It offers a separate dining space for your group, subject to the dog’s weight limit.

Frequently asked questions

Do the same dog rules apply if I book the upstairs Dream Zone?

The confirmed 15 kg limit and leash rule apply to the ground-floor Glass Zone booking product. They do not establish dog access to the upstairs Dream Zone; check that product’s own rules before choosing it.

Can I bring my own meat as I would for a camping BBQ?

No. You order meat at the restaurant, which provides tableware, BBQ equipment, water, ice, leafy wraps and seasonings. Outside food is restricted, with exceptions for cake and baby food. Budget for both the room and your food order.

Does four hours of free parking mean four hours in the room?

No. The Glass Zone session is three hours on weekdays or two and a half hours on weekends; parking is free for four hours. Plan your meal around the reserved room session.
